This 2-hour online training session is designed for new users of CiviCRM or current users who have new staff to train or are in need of a refresher course. 

During this two hour training you will learn how to:

  • Mange contacts, search, create groups and send an email.
  • Add new event types and review participant roles & status
  • Create Online Event Information & Registration pages
  • Manage Event Fees (early bird pricing) and Price Sets
  • Utilize the Event Dashboard for management of your event
  • Create event discounts
  • Register a Participant manually
  • Promote an event through emailing and on your calendar
  • Track and follow-up with participants before and after the event
  • Create Name Badges
  • Create an Attendee List and manage Participant Status
  • Create Event Reports

You’ll leave this training with new skills as well as best practices for managing events with CiviCRM. Users who take this class may also want to follow with our intermediate level course, "Managing a Membership Renewal Campaign in CiviCRM".
